Popis: | The influence of iodine on the electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of lead phthalocyanine thin films and pressed samples was investigated. For iodine-doped samples the electrical conductivity rises by seven to nine orders of magnitude. It is very interesting that for these highly conducting materials a compensation rule for the conductivity is also valid. For some samples the mobility values and their temperature dependences are consistent with band model predictions. |
