Popis: Based on machine vision technology, the power metering wiring process evaluation system realizes the objective evaluation of the wiring process quality. Through the high-precision machine vision acquisition, the accuracy, horizontality level, verticality level and line spacing of the process wiring are objectively digitized, and the system gathers real-time machine vision data, automatic distortion correction through an adaptive correction algorithm to achieve image data cleaning and storage, and through the machine vision algorithm, the process wiring parameters such as horizontality and verticality, and score are calculated according to the scoring standard. The evaluation system also interprets deductions, finds problems, and realizes iterative improvement of the wiring process level driven by objective data.
