In light of introduction of high-tech diagnostic and treatment methods into medical practice the delivery of information on the achievements of science and technology to the final user— the practitioner is becoming more and more actual target. The development of information technologies has made it possible to use them for this purpose. Unfortunately, today there is a big different between the capabilities of medical professionals living in cities and their colleagues from the provinces in questions of new medical information. Main idea and purpose of this work is an attempt to analyze how to use the capabilities of modern telecommunication technologies to bring to the ambulance practitioners actual high-tech medical information and also using these capabilities to estimate the level of their professional skills. |
