Popis:	The complexes of NCCN with itself and with NH 3 have been studied by molecular beam electric resonance spectroscopy. In both species a heavy-atom arrangement of C 2v symmetry is observed. The NH 3 -NCCN complex appears to exhibit essentially free internal rotation of the NH 3 subunit about its internal symmetry axis
