Popis: | The electronic structure of A-site ordered perovskite CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCTO) was studied by X-ray Raman scattering. Core-excitation of Cu 2p 3 d and 2p 4 p were observed under excitation around the Cu K absorption edge, where underlining denotes core holes. The Cu 3 d state was resonantly enhanced under excitation just below the absorption edge. The XRS spectra suggested that the Cu-ion in CCTO is divalent. The anisotropic electronic structure of the Cu 3 d state was observed by XRS. |
