Popis: | Fabrication and characterization of Y-junction-coupled S-section InAs/InGaAs/GaAs quantum dot ring lasers with high unidirectionality is reported. The new design suppresses the unwanted counterpropagating modes more effectively than in the previous S-section-racetrack design. |
