Popis: | The motivation and style of student involvement in antisegregation activities are linked to (1) the emergence of a new social character based on older traits in Negro personality as well as on recent sociohistorical developments, and (2) certain psychosocial aspects of late adolescence. A new concept, “prosocial acting out,” is discussed in light of the authors' observations. |
