Popis:	We considered the analysis of bioassay data resulting from the treatment of fruit that has been naturally infested, when the treatment sample size is unknown. Natural infestation may cause considerable variability between fruit. We described a procedure to quantify this variability and account for it in the bioassay analysis. We also discussed the optimal numbers of control and treatment fruit.
