Socio-Demographical Information Form, Adolescent Subjective Well-Being Scale and Career Decision Competency Expectation Scale were used to collect data. In this study, a 2X2 quasi-experimental design with pre-test, post-test and control groups was designed. 10-week Career Decision-Making Competence Program activities, 45 minutes each, were applied to the students in the experimental group. The data obtained in the research were calculated with descriptive analysis, pretest-posttest t-test analysis, ANCOVA analysis Spss Package Program. As a result of the analysis of the data, the hypotheses developed in the research were confirmed. Accordingly, it was determined that there was a significant increase in career decision competency expectations and subjective well-being of the participants in the experimental group who received career competency program training. Accordingly, the career competency decision program had a positive effect on the career decision competency expectations of adolescent students and increased their subjective well-being levels and life satisfaction. The results of the research were scientifically discussed and recommendations were developed for later researchers, school guidance services and career counselors.
