Popis: | The photovoltaic power generation system for input blocking was manufactured to be used for blocking control by separately manufacturing two circuits of DC 180[V] PV strings for smooth experimentation. By attaching the circuit proposed in this study to the separately fabricated circuit input part, interruption and input were repeated, and the presence or absence of an arc and the magnitude of the voltage applied to the cut-off circuit were analyzed. It was possible to suppress constant heat generation by using a relay with a low switching voltage at all times, and offset the high voltage with a low voltage of 2[V] with a parallel type IGBT only when blocking was necessary. By attaching a parallel type IGBT, arc generation could be eliminated, and a safe and efficient cut-off circuit could be constructed. |
