Popis:	The idea of Maximum Entropy Production (MEP) appeared for the first time in 1975 in a paper by Garth Paltridge. He used a very simple energy balance climate model to evaluate the latitudinal temperature distribution requiring that the net exchange of the entropy for each latitude belt be at a minimum.
