Today, with availability of many automated performance measurement systems, it is easy to discover hidden performance problems. But the more difficult part is to assign the performance issues to the right stakeholders and get the issues analyzed and communicate the knowledge among them. This paper suggests key design points to develop a new performance analysis and management system. Firstly, we suggested to utilize search engine for storing and extracting log. Secondly, we presented fine-grained performance analysis and management using collected log. Experiment showed proposed design is 7.9 times more effective than conventional design. And, by providing flexible modifiability to the system, we were able to extend functionalities easily without having to change the codes. |
