Popis:	Alboroto y Motín de México del 8 de junio de 1692 is a demostration of the complications that the generic classification of a text can generate. Written as a kind of political propaganda, this work by Carlos de Sigüenza y Góngora is a historical text for some and, for others, a literary artifact. Anyhow, it makes a good example of the synchronic-social function that literature had at that political moment.
