Popis: | In this paper, we propose a rapid prototyping system with a combination of blocks that change shape and firmly adhere to each other. We focused on PCL (polycaprolactone), which is a plastic characterized by a low melting point, as a block material. PCL blocks can be transformed and bonded many times by melting them with hot water. In this research, we implemented a system that transforms external data into a block diagram and creates blocks. It enables rapid prototyping with more flexibility and stronger adhesion than ordinary block assembly. |
