Experimental determination of permissible prepulse parameters for glass microshells

Popis: The permissible prepulse intensity and energy were determined in experiments involving the irradiation of glass gas-filled microshells by background radiation from the amplifying stages of the Iskra-4 facility and also by single-pulse radiation (1 kJ, 0.3 ns). The parameters of the short and long prepulses were reliably recorded.
