Popis:	1.1. Twenty-seven consecutive patients with massive gastroduodenal hemorrhage were treated with powdered gelfoam ® and thrombin. 2.2. There were no deaths in the non-surgically treated group. 3.3. The use of gelfoam ® and thrombin in cases of massive gastric hemorrhage appears to be a useful addition to our armament arium in such cases.
