Popis: | For treatment of stable water-oil emulsions (WOE) for transporting, new technologies are required. A technology of magnetic treatment of stable OWEs is offered. This technology is implemented by installing a flow pulsed magnetic device in a section of the pipeline. Under the impact of a pulsed magnetic field the shape of the water globules in the WOE changes as they extend along the magnetic lines. Pilot tests were conducted on a mobile well products treatment unit, the conditions of applicability of the technology were determined, the efficiency of stable WOE breaking using the magnetic device for field treatment of the oil is assessed. |
