Popis:	Mono-, bis-, and tris(tricarbonylchromium) complexes of triptycene were synthesized by the reaction of triptycene with Cr(CO)6. The stereochemistry of the two isomeric bimetallic complexes of Cs and C2v symmetries was determined from the NMR spectra. X-ray structures of the bimetallic (Cs) and trimetallic complexes are presented.
