ÐÑÐµÐ´Ð¼ÐµÑ ÐÐРпÑÐ¾ÐµÐºÑ ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑонала оÑганизаÑии ÐÐР«ТиккÑÑила». ÐеÑодÑ: ÑÑавнение, аналогиÑ, дополнение, ÑоÑмализаÑиÑ, ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑнÑй анализ, меÑод ÑкÑпеÑÑнÑÑ Ð¾Ñенок, пÑименение ÑвÑиÑÑиÑеÑкого Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°, SWOT-анализ, меÑÐ¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ñенки ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи пеÑÑонала. The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop a personnel development project using the example of Tikkurila. The work has been carried out on the materials of the personnel of the Tikkurila organization. The subject of the final qualification work is the personnel development project of the Tikkurila organization. Research methods used: comparison, analogy, addition, formalization, structural analysis, expert evaluation method, application of heuristic approach, SWOT analysis, methods of personnel efficiency assessment. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the concepts of personnel management, the main forms of development and modern technologies of personnel management are substantiated; - an assessment of the financial and economic activities of Tikkurila was carried out; - an analysis of Tikkurila competitors has been developed; - the analysis of the personnel development system in the organization is carried out on the example of Tikkurila; - proposed measures to optimize the personnel management system in Tikkurila LLC; - the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been evaluated. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application â the results obtained in the course of the study and the conclusions based on them can be used in further scientific research of the personnel development system, as well as in the activities of the Tikkurila network. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined. |
