Popis: | We report a patient with severe chronic obstructive lung disease requiring home oxygen, in whom increased pulmonary vascular resistance was associated with collateral flow from the left coronary circumflex artery to the bronchial and pulmonary arteries. The anomaly was clearly demonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) obtained before coronary angiography. This case suggests that MRI could play an important role in the assessment of coronary anomalies. |
