Popis: | A simple, low cost TLC scanner system for the characterization of γ-emitting radiopharmaceuticals is described. The TLC γ scanner has a linear response range of ∼0.074 Mbq up to ≥2.94 Mbq. The accuracy and reproducibility of measurement is better than ±5% (relative). The utility of this TLC scanner system is demonstrated by application to the radioanalytical evaluation of99mTc(dmpe)2Cl 2 + preparations. A comparison with HPLC radioanalytical separations is made. |
