Popis:	Recent reviews have emphasized the value of cytodiagnosis in the evaluation of malignant effusions from patients with lymphoproliferative disorders. We present a case in which the presence of Sternberg-Reed-like cells in pericardial fluid was related to prior radiotherapy and not to recurrent Hodgkin's disease.
