Popis: | The secondary metabolites of lichens are original molecules, belonging to the group of depsides, depsidones and benzofurans. They result from the symbiotic association of algae and fungi1 and most of them have shown to have a wide spectrum of biological activities. The aim of the current study is to optimize their extraction using two methods based on microwave-assisted extraction2(MAE) and ionic liquids3,4 (IL) as alternatives for the traditional techniques. |
