Popis: This document is a historic property inventory report and assessment of effects for the Facility 1810 Sewer System Replacement Project. The report 1) provides a project description and details about the work to be performed, 2) defines the Area of Direct Impact (ADI) and the project Area of Potential Effect (APE), explains the process of identifying historic properties that may be impacted by the project, 4) identifies the archaeological site CA-SBA-1060 as a historic property that may be impacted by the project, 5) presents the assessment of adverse effect. The report concludes that the archaeological testing performed demonstrated that the site will not be adversely affected by the project and that a project finding of no adverse effect to historic properties is appropriate.
