Popis: was assessed by Western blot analysis and quantitative reverse transcription-PCR. To assess LASP1 function, we generated stable LASP1 knockdown and overexpression cell lines. For our cell growth assay, we used anchorage-independent growth conditions in 24 well plates coated with poly-Hema and monitored growth by WST-8 assay. To determine invasiveness, we monitored movement of cell through Matrigel coated invasion chambers.
