Popis: | Photovoltaic applications include promising solutions to generate energy. These uses are able to significantly contribute to the evergrowing energy needs of our planet. Simultaneously, concentrations of population associated with rapid economic development of urban areas have caused deterioration of air quality in cities. The actual working conditions of photovoltaic panels operating in an urban environment in Krakow are described. For this purpose, a series of systematic experimental measurement is performed in the given time and the effect of different densities of deposition of dust on the energy efficiency of the PV is estimated. In order to take into account all the analyzed models, the analysis used the library of MATLAB / Simulink. According to the simulation, the presence of dust significantly impacts on the performance of photovoltaic panels. |
