Popis: | International criminal law is not a single unified body of norms, and the pluralism paradigm is useful to describe its heterogeneity. This chapter aims to answer the question of how to do justice to the universalist claim of international criminal law as an inherently pluralist body of law. The chapter formulates principles to manage legal pluralism while doing justice, as much as possible, to the universalist and cosmopolitan ethos of international criminal law. |
