Popis: | Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a widespread socially significant disease. Minimally invasive surgical treatments can reduce the surgical and anesthetic risk. One of the most effective methods of minimally invasive surgical treatment of BPH is superselective prostatic artery embolization (prostatic artery embolization; PAE). PAE is a method with proven effectiveness and has been included in the clinical recommendations of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation for the treatment of BPH since 2019. |
