Angular distribution in xenonM4,5N4,5N4,5Auger decay

Popis: Angle-resolved ${M}_{4,5}{N}_{4,5}{N}_{4,5}$ Auger spectra of xenon have been measured near the Xe $3d$ threshold by using synchrotron radiation excitation. The angular anisotropy parameters extracted from the experimental data generally agree with the recent theoretical results based on multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock calculations. The angle-resolved measurements have also been employed in order to study the character of the resonance structures below the ${M}_{4}$ threshold.
