We propose two SHM techniques in confined aerial acoustic: modes tracking and Green’s correlation tracking. The Green’s correlation function of a propagation medium is a parameter that can be estimated using sources of opportunity only and is characteristic of the geometry of the medium, which makes it valuable for structural health monitoring. In the proposed experiment, the modal expression of the Green’s correlation of the considered propagation medium provides a reference to compare the reconstructed Green’s correlation to. The estimation protocol is refined with respect to the quantity of data processed and the bandwidth of the signals. doi: 10.12783/SHM2015/302 |
