Popis: manner from 2 mg/ml to 8 mg/ml respectively. Moreover, they protected the cells from damage caused by the oxalate/CaOx crystals and undergoing into apoptosis which leads to cell death. CONCLUSIONS: The study indicates that >3kDa proteins of Terminalia arjuna bark have a potency to inhibit nucleation, aggregation and the growth of the CaOx crystals as well as have a cytoprotective role. These results throw light on the antiurolithiatic nature of proteins and suggests that they could be a potential candidate for phytotherapy against urolithiasis.
