Popis: | The temperature and composition dependence of reflection spectra in the long wavelength infrared range are presented for the high- T c superconducting alloy YBa 2 (Cu 1- x Zn x ) 3 O 7- y , where x =0% and 40%. We have observed that the far-infrared reflectivity decreases and some interesting photon features appear as x increases. The results are interpreted by referring to other works on similar materials and to existing theories. |
