Popis: | In this work, we describe the real time detection and identification of neurotoxic agents surrogates in gas phase by microfluidic Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) devices. The novelty of the SERS chip relies on the integration of sampling preconcentration and SERS detection in a single unit. The plasmonic sorbent coating on the microfluidic channel, prepared from Au decorated mesoporous silica NPs, exhibits huge sorption capacity towards the gas phase and remarkable SERS enhancement factor. |
