Popis:	This article aims to discuss surgical treatment modalities for glaucoma, focusing on drainage procedures. Today, there are many surgical techniques for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma. However, none of the methods is considered the gold standard efficiency, possible complications, and versatility. The article discusses the stages of improving the technique of sinusotomy, as well as our experience in using this surgical procedure.
