Popis:	Summary Two electrophoretic polymorphisms (muscle protein 2 alleles and tetrazolium oxidase 3 alleles) were found in Saxidomus giganteus. The muscle protein system showed significant differences between collections from different locations, while the tetrazolium oxidase system showed variation in allele frequency suggestive of a north-south cline.
