Popis:	Four patients with cystic hydatids located in pericardium and myocardium were admitted. Cardiac tamponade was determined in 1 of these cases. Surgical treatment was instituted for all cases. Transpericardial cardiac palpation was emphasized in cases where thoracotomy was necessary due to the lung cystic hydatids.
