Skin crackers are well known and popular as a superior regional product that can be developed. Skin crackers, better known as "Karupuak Jangek" in West Sumatra, is a typical snack that is liked and easy to find in every restaurant because it has become a favorite menu. This service aims to improve the sanitation and hygiene aspects and improve the layout of the production room by the requirements of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The approach method offered to support the realization of the science program is training and consultation methods through lecture and discussion methods. The focus of the activity is the renovation of the production room layout and the introduction of sanitation and hygiene improvements during the production of sanitary equipment and tools. Based on the dedication to introducing appropriate technology, Mitra is very enthusiastic about improving the sanitary and hygienic aspects of production through the use of cleaning tools to clean wet production rooms and clean skin quickly and hygienically. Improvement of the cracker storage room equipped with a box container to extend the skin's shelf life after drying is a solution to one of the SSOP and GMP applications for IKM Rizky. Improvement of storage area for hygienic skin crackers and meet the sanitation aspects expected to maintain the quality of skin crackers. |
