Popis: Tourists seek authenticity in their tourism experience through immersing themselves in the local culture. Food, and particularly local products, embody authenticity and are an important part of this immersion process. This study posits that tourists identify the characteristics of local products as quality signals and attributes, which become the vectors of an authentic tourism experience.
