ECG signal measurement and validation of wearable sensing Multi-Parameter Module

Popis: ECG plays vital role in diagnosing the cardio vascular diseases (CVD). Proprietary APCOG Multi-Parameter Module (MPM) has been used for ECG signal acquisition. The board was tested and validated for accurate data acquisition for ECG circuit on the board. The validation was carried out by passing two sources of ECG signal through MPM module, the output signal features were extracted and compared with source properties. The board was tested for 5 normal ECG signals generated from ECG simulator and 1 ECG signal from normal subject acquired using MPM module. The accuracy of functional performance of ECG circuit was then tested with feature extraction (HR, R amp and Std.deviation) and passing through different classifiers .It was observed that the features of all the output signals of MPM module matched with that of input signal. The highest accuracy was achieved by SVM classifier in testing phase for record 143 produced using ECG simulator with an accuracy of 91.33%.
