Popis: | The most critical fitting of a well for the recovery of petroleum and gas with a high content of corrosive constituents is made of 06Kh20N8M3D2L steel. The quality, reliability, and life of a Christmas tree are determined primarily by the mechanical and corrosion properties of the weld joint. The authors report on the improvement of the existing method for welding the units of a Christmas tree. Argon and carbon dioxide were used as the protective medium in semiautomatic welding. The welding was done with a reverse polarity dc. An analysis of the data presented shows that the closest content to the base metal of chromium and nickel in the joint are provided in welding with OZL-41 electrodes. The molybdenum content in the joints welded with NZh-13 electrodes and Sv-08Kh19N10M38B wire in argon and carbon dioxide is at the level of the content of this element in the base metal. |
