Popis: | This paper presents results of modeling the shape of the satellites of the F 1s line in the X-ray photoelectron spectra of fluorinated multiwalled carbon nanotubes using the semiempirical quasi-molecular large unit cell method. The modeling results adequately describe the key features of the shape of the satellite F 1s spectra, in particular, the additive contributions to the F 1s satellites from several graphite-like layers of nanotubes containing different amounts of attached fluorine. |
