Popis:	Quick decrease in the intrinsic coercivity (HcI) with increasing temperature is one of the problems in the area of applications of the recently developed Nd-Fe-B-type permanent magnet materials. Elements involved in the temperature dependence of Br and HcI of this type of materials and realistic solutions which lead to an increase in the thermal stability are discussed.
