Popis: Surfactants are necessary for the production of synthetic fibres. The production of HWM-fibres f.i. tyre-cord yarn is only possible with surfactants as modifiers. Pretreatment of natural and synthetic fibres is achieved with non- and anionic surfactants as wetting-, dispersing- and enzymatic auxiliary. In the bleach with sodiumchlorite and peroxide surfactants are important partners. The modern one-step-pretreatment to yield desizing and bleach in a single step-process with optimized add-on is impossible without specifically designed surfactants. In textile finishing surfactants are the base of modern antistats, their hydrophilicity imparts a good soil-release performance. As needle-punch-finish for webs of glass-fibres or poly-olefines surfactants achieve good friction properties. In dyeing-processes surfactants achieve good friction properties. In dyeing-processes surfactants are used as carriers, dispersing and egalizing agents.
