Popis: The methodological principles and methods of the creation of new geotechnical cartographic models are considered on the basis of engineering-geological and permafrost cartographic models. Creation of the geotechnical cartographic models is considered as a method of optimizing the interaction between project designers and geologists working in complex natural environment and presenting the results of research in the form adapted for the design. The results of application of the geotechnical models are examined for the implementation of the pipeline projects in complex environment.
