A High Accuracy Attitude Adjustment Method for Spacecraft Mass Property Measurement

Popis: Aiming at the need of simplifying operation, improving precision and reliability of attitude adjustment, a new attitude adjustment control method is presented in this paper. The position control method is suitable for products with different height of center of mass, which limits the total center of mass deviation of equipment and products in the course of attitude adjustment to controllable safety range, and improves the safety of attitude adjustment. This method adopts the system compensation based on accurate measurement data, establishes the positioning error data dictionary, automatically calibrates and compensates the system online. After compensation, the positioning accuracy of each axis is improved by more than 4 times, the attitude adjustment accuracy is improved, and then the measurement accuracy of quality and center of mass is improved.
