Popis: | We have found a manifestation of spin–orbit Berry phase in the conductance of a mesoscopic loop with Rashba spin–orbit coupling placed in the external magnetic field which is perpendicular to the loop plain. The transmission probabilities at different radiuses of the loop are calculated. In addition, the nonadiabatic regime is investigated. |
