NMR absorption lineshape of ammonium ion reorienting randomly about twofold symmetry axes

Popis:	The motionally narrowed proton NMR absorption lineshape is calculated for the NH 4 + tetrahedron reorienting by ±180° jumps about all three of its C 2 axes. Conditions which must be met for the spectrum to be observed experimentally are discussed.
