Popis: | The capacity decidualization was examined of cultured cells derived from healthy women and patients with gynecological pathology . The decidualization was induced by combination of estradiol with progesterone and its new analogues. The technique of isolation, cultivation of endometrial cell lines, as well as cell morphology, immunophenotype, karyotype, expression of progesterone and estrogen receptors are described. It was shown that cell lines isolated from the endometrium of gynecologically healthy donors and exposed to combinations of estradiol with progesterone and its analogues underwent decidual transformation. The cell lines established from endometrial tissue of patients diagnosed with endometriosis and cell lines isolated from endometrial tissue with hyperplastic processes were insensitive to these hormones. Our results confirm the available data on disordered decidualization processes in patients with endometriosis or endometrial hyperplasia and are a prerequisite for the development of personalized gestagen therapy for gynecological diseases. |
