Popis: | 1. Feasibility has been demonstrated for the recovery of Sulfides from petroleum products by the use of certain sulfonic acids and by the use of a cation-exchange resin in the hydrogen or nickel form. 2. It has been established that the nickel form of the cation-exchange resin has a greater capacity with respect to the sulfur compounds. The bulk capacities of the nickel form up to breakthrough and up to saturation are 0.50 and 0.93 meq/g of resin, respectively. |
