Popis: A new method is presented for designing robust tracking controllers for time-delay systems with parameter uncertainties. Assuming that the system satisfies the matched conditions, it is controlled to track dynamic inputs generated from a reference model. The resultant controller can guarantee uniform ultimate boundedness of tracking errors and the bounds can be made arbitrarily small.
